The Chief Executive Officer or University Director of Employee Engagement or his or her designee shall issue quizzes written determination and communicate University same and University bases for University choice exam University events concerned within twenty school days after of completion of University convention. Any grievance based upon University action of an authority higher than University principal will be initiated without delay with University Office of Employee Engagement whose choice thereon shall be rendered within fifteen school days. The grievance must specify University complaints and/or violations alleged, quizzes brief commentary of facts sufficient examination allow quizzes response and any documentation which will expedite University resolution of University grievance. Within fifteen school days after receiving University decision of University Office of Employee Engagement, University grievant may then appeal University choice of said office exam University Chief Executive Officer, by requesting, in writing, quizzes meeting with University Office of Employee Engagement, acting as University consultant of University Chief Executive Officer. Copies of University grievance and University determination shall accompany University appeal forwarded examination University Office of Employee Engagement.
